You may check and modify your booking by contacting AirAsia customer support directly.
You will be asked to provide your reference number (written on your e-Ticket under the basic info ''Airline Reservation No'' (6-digit alphanumeric)).

If you want to do add on/web check-in…
You are allowed to add on and check-in your flight at AirAsia "Web Check-In" earliest 14 days prior to the schedule time of departure***.
Please follow the steps below to login to AirAsia website with your reference number.
- Visit AirAsia "Web Check-In".
- Enter your booking information: origin (please choose from drop-down list), airline reference number, family name. (If you have an itinerary consisting multiple airlines, the origin has to be selected according to the origin of the AirAsia flight.)
- Click “Check-in” to login.
After successful login, you are able to add on some ancillary items (baggage, seat selection, etc.) and the fees shall be payable to airline directly.
14 days to 1 hour prior to the scheduled time of departure for AK, FD, QZ, Z2, I5 and DJ (except for flights departing from China).
14 days to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure for AK, FD and Z2 flights departing from China.
14 days to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure for D7, XJ and XT flights.
