However, please contact the airline directly if your flight is operated by a Low-cost Carrier.
Full Service Carriers
Airlines such as Singapore Airlines and Emirates are considered Full Service Carriers.
If you wish to change tickets on full service carriers, please contact Giamso Tours. We will check the conditions and seat availability, and do our best to accommodate your requests.
Changes will incur extra fee charged by the airline on top of Giamso Tours administration fee (per ticket).
Giamso Tours Cancellation Handling Fee - SGD 50 (per ticket)*1
Administration Fee for Voluntary Change - SGD 100 (per ticket)
Administration Fee for Involuntary Change/Refund - at most SGD 30 (per ticket)
*1 If your itinerary contains "Multiple Airlines", it could be made in separate bookings and the Administration Fee could be doubled.
Please note that depending on the airline's policy, your ticket might be unchangeable at all.

Airlines such as Scoot and Jetstar are considered Low-Cost Carriers.
If you wish to change tickets on low-cost carriers, please contact the airline directly. Giamso Tours is not able to make any changes on your ticket.
When contacting the airline, you might need to provide the airline reservation number, which can be found on your e-ticket. Your e-ticket can be downloaded from "MY BOOKING" page.
